- Spring can be an exceptional time for training. Generally, for some reason, we start eating lighter foods in springtime and want to help our bodies to get a healthier feeling. It has been like that for ages and many argue that it comes from the religion, where the believers hold back with food during spring.
It doesn’t really matter where this behavior comes from—the fact remains the same—we feel like making changes around us and within ourselves after a long and dark winter period. And all that can help you to start the training process easier and with greater chances of success. | |
